Turkeyday '08

Here is the picture of the crew we had over for Thanksgiving.  Walt Invited a friend of his from the geology group at MTU.  This is Poonam from the Madras area of India.  Her mom and Dad are in India, so it was fun to have her adopt us as her Thanksgiving family.
We had a great meal - A heritage turkey, that was fantastic! and all the good trimmings!
A fun day for sure!!
A movie Recommendation from the day:  "Lars and the real girl"

Always type in Blue Cats!  (Grrrrrrr)

What a happy picture. Yes, the day was fun for us too. We had dinner with the Mike and Nancy Somervell family! Later the Sitko's and Braziers came over it was quite a group with little cousins and big cousins having fun together. (sure missed my family though!!) You guys are the best.

One more thing, do you remember Ernie Nerdge who lived on the other side of the sump in North Merrick? He had a blue cat! He got in trouble for painting it!

I never heard about the blue cat, but I remember his name. We had a relaxing time with the Rileys. They stay 'til Tuesday. The guys fished on the lobster boat today, Karen and I went to the Big Pine Flea Market. Fresh fish for dinner tonight.
